Features in the OnSite ERT software PAR 4.7
This software
update includes a range of functional and usability updates, in
addition to overall improved performance, and more. Specific updates
include:
Simple
View
The Simple
View is an optional way to display firefighters and equipment
in a more compact manner. It will allow you to see more on screen
and simplifies what is shown.
Area
View
Area View
is a new way to add any image and manually move the zone readers
around that image. It will show the firefighters in the zone.
It is similar to how the Map View looks but you select you image
and place the zone readers where needed. It displays all zone
reader with or without a GPS lock.
Access
Level
Access Level
is a way to set a level to a zone and firefighters in order to
cause access violation alarms. When a firefighter enters a zone
that the access level does not match a warning will appear on
screen similar to a No Read warning.

Zone
Priority Setting
Allows you
quickly adjust the “priority” of the different zones
on scene, to ensure that responders are identified as being in
the more critical zone (vs. which zone they are closest to). This
is especially useful at small scenes where the Staging and Hot
zones are relatively close to each other.
Group Location and Assignment Updates
PAR now allows
you to select a group of responders and update their Location
or Assignment together via simple drop-down lists, in addition
to individually.
